This was my first women’s retreat. I am 53 years old, a mother to 7 children, and married for going on 33 years. There were 12 of us women there, and each of us at a different phase in our lives. What I got out of this retreat was an opportunity to not only look inward at thoughts and emotions and accept them for what they are, but perhaps (and probably the most valuable gift) was the strength and energy received from our meditations and breath work lead by two of the most amazing women - Crystal Zinn and Megan Mecham.

Every detail from start to finish was perfectly and wonderfully planned. I cannot say enough about what this retreat did for me on a personal level. I left with a renewed sense of positivity, strength and joy that I very much needed. I brought my daughter- in-law along, and we connected with each of these ladies and made some lasting friendships with women that, although we all are in different stages of our lives, shared a wonderfully common and beautiful gift of the divine feminine. Each woman possesses this gift and has that strength and birthright to tap into its energy and strength. I wish every woman in my life could have that experience. I cannot wait until another retreat with these two absolutely amazing ladies!
