I've studied the chakras a lot. Will I learn anything new in this class?
You bet! Because of my background in pre-med and the numerous anatomy courses I have written and taught for yoga instructors and healers, I bring a unique style of teaching and many new perspectives and ways of looking at the chakra system. I know you will glean many new pieces of information, practices and tools that will not only help you in your teachings, but also help you gain a greater depth within your own practice.
Will there be a chance to ask questions during the workshop?
I am reserving plenty of time at the end of the masterclass to answer questions that have been submitted during and after the class is over. I've got you covered!
Is this class really free?
Absolutely! While I offer various online courses for yoga teachers, you are in no way obligated to buy ANYTHING. This is a completely free workshop. I love serving the my fellow instructors and healers, and it is one of my strongest desires to give back and share knowledge with others.

About Your Speaker
I'm a 15 year yoga instructor veteran, but my background comes from pre-med. I have ALWAYS been drawn to the anatomy and scientific aspects of yoga and healing.
When I was in my early years of teaching, I had to do a TON of leg work; the knowledge that is out there now wasn't as readily available as it is today. This took me down a path of creating and perfecting my own courses, and soon I began teaching continuing education for instructors in various subjects all over the world! The results and stories instructors have shared with me after taking these courses inspired me to do even more with this knowledge!
Over the years, I have found that my true passion is helping other yoga instructors and healers expand their knowledge through exciting, fun, and easy to digest methods and tools. Most importantly, I help people just like YOU implement the new skills and knowledge into real, tangible results for yourself and those you help.
I am a firm believer that as a yoga instructor, health practitioner, or healer, we have a responsibility to always increase our education so that we can help our students reach a high quality of movement and get the very most of their healing and life journies.

Here Are A Few of My Qualifications:
I have over 900 hours and 15+ years of certified training in different yoga styles.
I have helped over 200 students become certified instructors and healers
I'm an anatomy consultant for yoga teacher training programs in all styles of Hatha yoga as well as a consultant for martial arts schools.
Additionally, I run private workshops for yoga studios, have private clients, therapy programs and private events, with subjects ranging from anatomy to breathwork, trauma and nervous system anatomy.
I also train others in a many types of energy work such as reiki with an emphasis on anatomy.
